Experience
Scott J. Dongoske joined Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., in 1983 and currently serves as the firm’s president. His practice is focused in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, general corporate, and corporate finance. Specifically, Scott represents many diverse public and private companies on a wide variety of corporate and corporate finance issues including corporate counseling, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, intellectual property matters and employment law. In addition, Scott is also outside counsel for a number of rapidly growing companies and has considerable experience with start-up companies and corporate restructuring activities. He also is experienced in structuring, drafting and negotiating licensing and distribution agreements in the medical device, technology, entertainment and software industries.

An avid outdoorsman and lover of animals, Scott passionately supports environmental and ecological organizations that seek to educate. He is on the Como Friends Board, where he currently serves on multiple committees.
