Experience
Scott J. Dongoske joined Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., in 1983 and currently serves as the firm’s president. His practice is focused in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, general corporate, and corporate finance and lending. Specifically, Scott represents many diverse public and private companies on a wide variety of corporate and corporate finance issues including corporate counseling, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, intellectual property matters and employment law. In addition, Scott is also general counsel for a number of rapidly growing companies and has considerable experience with corporate restructuring activities, corporate finance and the acquisition and sale of businesses. He also is experienced in structuring, drafting and negotiating licensing and distribution agreements in the music, entertainment and software industries.
An avid outdoorsmen and lover of animals, Scott passionately supports environmental and ecological organizations that seek to educate. He is the immediate past president of the Como Zoological and Conservatory Society, where he currently serves on multiple committees.
