Thomas M. Hart joined Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A. in 1980 and is a shareholder. He has been recognized by his peers as one of the leading Minnesota attorneys in commercial real estate and commercial lending. He has extensive experience in representing real estate developers, property owners, tenants, and lending institutions in a wide variety of commercial real estate and construction law matters, including shopping center, industrial and office development, golf course development, real estate financing, loan restructuring, zoning and land use, housing, commercial leasing and environmental issues. He has also served 18 years as city attorney for a first ring suburb of the Twin Cities, and has appeared before a substantial number of city councils, planning commissions and other governmental bodies.
