I represent clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, employment disputes, products liability, and commercial contract disputes.
Growing up around and working for my dad’s plumbing company, I saw firsthand the challenges and rewards of running a business. When an issue gets contentious, such as a dispute with a contractor or trouble with an employee, it can be disruptive to the business as a whole. That perspective led me to the law and gave me the motivation to do what I can to help businesses put themselves in the best position to succeed.
I am proud to have worked as part of a team that recently secured an early dismissal of all claims brought against one of our small business clients. It was immensely rewarding to know that because of our efforts we were able to tell our client that she could resume focusing on what matters most: running her business and making it a success.
Outside of work, I sing in the VocalEssence Chorus, and I regularly attend theatre events at the Guthrie and concerts at First Avenue. I’m also a big Vikings fan, and I love to spend time with my family at the lake.
