Today’s evolving business and community landscapes demand flexible, innovative, and efficient solutions. We no longer perform within set constraints as traditional professionals. I recognize that when completing a deal all parties are generally moving towards the same result. In my practice, I am looking for the best path to get there. If I can advise my clients in a way that saves them money, stress or effort, I’ve accomplished something worthwhile.
The best projects are the ones where I can work closely with my clients, and get to know their business and goals. I am thankful that through our work, we can provide a tangible benefit to communities.
When outside the office, I love spending time with family, finding time to be active – usually running or working out – getting lost in a movie, and cheering for my Xavier Musketeers.
I represent clients in identifying and utilizing tax credit incentives and other sources of financing in relation to real estate projects. Prior to joining the firm, I worked in the Tax Credits and Incentives Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young, advising clients on discretionary and statutory tax incentives at the state, local and federal level.
