I represent clients in a range of matters related to mergers & acquisitions, including corporate, limited partnership and limited liability company formation and structuring, drafting agreements, corporate governance, and due diligence matters. My experience also includes drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, escrow agreements, distribution agreements, and other transaction documents.
My Approach
Before I became an attorney, I held roles as a teacher of English to speakers of other languages, a training specialist, and a medical literacy editor. In many ways, I have found these experiences similar to being an attorney: to be successful in these roles, I had to get to know my audience, understand their preferences and needs, and tailor my approach.
When working with my clients, I do my best to understand their goals and motivations, and work productively with all parties involved to achieve a successful result. I am always looking for new and better ways to communicate and provide service for my clients, and I’m passionate about helping others succeed.
Outside of work, I enjoy snowboarding, biking, and traveling – really anything that is active and outdoors. I’m also particularly fond of my husband and our two cats.
