My Approach
I thrive on communication, and find satisfaction in talking with clients to work through their problems and finding solutions. I believe that there are always new ways to tackle challenges, and I work with my clients to find them. The nature of my work with community banks and other businesses, and the complex issues that they face, pushes close collaborations and relationships with clients, which I find yield better and more creative solutions.
Outside of work, I keep up with Minnesota sports (through the ups, and the unfortunately common downs), and all things food related such as cooking, baking, and finding the best new restaurants in town. I’m also an enthusiastic international traveler, and am a continual second-language learner of Mandarin.
