Affordable Housing: Are there any answers to the crisis?

Jon Peterson will participate in a panel discussion at the 2021 Montana Tax Institute in Missoula, MT on October 16, 2021.

The session will take a look at affordable housing options being used around the country. It will then transition to a panel discussion that will examine the financing and development of affordable housing, including projects with tax credits including LIHTC, without tax credits, and community land trust homes. Having the perspective of the property owner, the lender, and the agency allocating tax credits will offer a 360 degree look at some of the realistic options to this crisis facing our workforce.
