Attorney David Davenport will appear at the ABA Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C. on May 25, 2018.

This year’s Conference will provide a venue for the discussion of the latest developments in affordable housing and community development law, while also offering an opportunity to consider broader forces affecting the nation’s affordable housing and community development resources.  Topics will include perennial favorites as well as topics generating a buzz with practitioners today in the housing and community development field, including fair housing, tax credit equity, bonds, public housing, HUD-insured financing, community economic development, tax reform, and disaster assistance.

David’s session, “Year 15: Capital Accounts and Why We Love/Hate Them,” will focus on affordable housing and Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
