Attorney Tom Boyd co-authored an article with Douglas Heidenreich of Mitchell Hamline School of Law about “The Other William Mitchell.” The article, published in the Ramsey County History Magazine Summer 2019 issue, details the life and career of William DeWitt Mitchell, who served as solicitor general in President Calvin Coolidge’s administration and attorney general in President Herbert Hoover’s administration. William DeWitt Mitchell is the son of the Honorable William Bell Mitchell for whom the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, MN is named.
